After Upgrade to Zoiper 3: outgoing call is not working, incomming works as usual [closed]

I am Using:

  • Windows 7
  • Sipgate Plus
  • Zoiper Biz 3.9.32144 32bit

I was using the free version of zoiper before. Everything worked well.

After Upgrading and installing Zoiper BIZ 3.9 my outgoing calls are not working at all. No sound and no ringing at the target-number (tryed to reach my mobile phone).

It is dialing and counting up the time but with no success (no sound, no ringing mobile phone).

I tryed to reinstall and readd all accounts -> same result.

Any help?

Still not working here ;(

Support already gave some advice that i followed, no success.
