Problema con llamadas al extranjero.

Hola chicos, tengo un problemilla con Zoiper.   La voz llega con mucho retraso tanto que es imposible mantener una conversación. Ayer mismo realize varias llamadas a España, Ucrania y Paraguay intentando ver en las estadisticas donde está el problema. Y resulta que las llamadas a numeros nacionales el bitrate es de 84kb/s y el codec es aLaw, cuando llamo al extranjero el codec cambia a GSM y el bitrate baja más de la mitad y está a 34kb/s. ¿Donde está el problema? ¿Por qué baja tanto el bitrate? . Alguien puede ayudarme solucionar el problema?

From what i read, you have different quality to different destinations. This cannot be caused by the softphone, it can only be because something is different on the server side for both destinations.

Only your provider will be able to help you with this one.
