SIP 404 Error Connecting to Voicemail

Hi, I'm trying the free version of Zoiper and having trouble connecting to Voicemail, on other softphones I have tried I entered *97 as the VM Extension and it all works. 

I have tried putting *97 in the Voicemail extension field and get a SIP 404 error trying to connect to VM, when I go back into settings the Voicemail extension field is empty.  What needs to be there to get VM working?

I just checked, this functionality is only available in the business edition. The functionality is missing in the free version
