Zoiper Classic on Windows 10 does not load preferences on startup

Hello, i have some strange issue with Zoiper Classic on Windows 10. Zoiper Classic does not load preferences on startup (however the config file is in place). What was the reason of this behavior, and how i can fix that? On other Windows versions this issue does not occur.

1) Zoiper Classic Free

2) Trying to run both from admin and user. Under admin account preferences loads correctly, under user account preferences does not load after each restart of Zoiper.

Zoiper classic Free keeps the config files in the folder where it is installed.

By default it is c:\Program Files\Attractel\Zoiper

If you are running Zoiper as a normal user, that user might be unable to read/write in that folder.

You can install Zoiper in a folder where the user can read/write.

I tried to set up r/w permissions on the folder with installed Zoiper - still no luck.

Maybe Zoiper Classic have a command-line option which tells the app to use specific config?
