Cannot hear anyone through headset with correct settings.

Using Zoiper Free 3.9, Windows 10, all audio settings correct on computer/zoiper but cannot hear anyone through my headset.

How do you know that audio settings are correct? Can you try to alter stun and rport settings in your account configuration and make some test calls?
