Call Transfer with an intermediary it's possible?

Hello I'am a gold user,

When I transfer a call and I push the transfer button this closes immediately the incoming call. There is a function to make sure that the number to which you transfer the call is active before the transfer?

There is a way to supervise the transfer before it?
