Hello,

 

A few (not all) of the people in our office are experiencing error message "SIP 408 - Request Timeout"  with Zoiper and we are not sure how to resolve it and I was wondering if someone could please help?

 

I have tried clicking “click here for more information” but it just comes up with “404 Page not found etc.”

 

Any help or guidance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Can you check which Zoiper version you are running? Also, when do you see the message - when trying to call or for registration?
