How can I change the domain license from one company to a new company?

Question

I installed Zoiper with an old companies domain licensing info. 

I no longer work for this company and need to change everything in the SIP Account settings to reflect my new companies, or even just my own. When I go to create a new account under SIP settings, where do I get these credentials to successfully create the new account? I am a freelancing sales executive and just need the service to makes sales calls for the new client I work with.
