I have a samsung s6, my ringtone is very soft, can't hear it. and i can't change it. how can i solve this

Since a few days my ringtone goes only very soft so I can't hear it. I've tried to change it with my volume button, or with the settings, but i can't change it.

tried differant ringtones.

I even removed Zoiper and put it on the phone again, but it won't change.

Can you help me with my problem?

There was an issue with one of our latest updates for android that caused some people to experience this issue, we have reverted back to the old version while we figure out what went wrong.
