What is the best way to keep contacts sync'd on multiple platforms and devices

Question

I will be using Zoiper on my desktop and on my android phone, and tablet.  My company contact information is in an app that I manage.  It lives in an SQL Server datbase.  I've thought about putting it into a google account so that I can use it in Zoiper, but that feature isn't available yet. (yes, I'm running the beta) Other than Google, what other option can I use to have all of my contacts always sync'd across all devices? (I'm a programmer, so include those options too, please)

I believe the last beta already has somewhat working google contacts (it's still a bit broken, the next beta will have it working 100%).

Please upgrade to the latest version (you can get it by logging in on the top right on our website)
