Can't Call phone numbers under History list.

Question

When I click to call a phone number on my History list I get the following message:

Call Failure:

SIP 404 - NOT FOUND 

No route to destination

I can make outgoing calls from the dial pad without issues. 

How can I fix this? ( I have the paid business account)
