People say they can't understand me that I'm breaking up

Whenever I make a call or answer a call with Zoiper Biz, the other person can hear me only half the time.  I've called myself to test it and it seems like it's having a hard time keeping up with the speed I'm talking at.  Zoiper has worked just fine for me for about a year now.  First time I've had this problem.

Over which flavor of network connection?   (home wifi with questionable quality router, mobile provider LTE, mobile provider 3G, 'free' wifi hotspot, etc)
