when i use click to call service, the number of customer is not reflected on the zoiper phone screen?

what i am looking for is, 

That i am having a crm, which is connected to the click to call service of voyage. what i am looking for is, that when i click on the customers name, the call goes to the customer, however the number doesn't start reflecting on the screen of the zoiper soft phone or any where on the zoiper soft phone. is that possible. 

only the name, as is stored by us in the crm, is reflecting or nothing or anonymous is reflected, however number should not be reflected to the employees of mine. is that possible.
