WP8 zoiper push notification. Zoiper does not receive calls even in foreground

Question

I have configured my Asterisk Server to send PN as described in

Monitoring the network traffic on the GTW and the Asterisk Server, I can see that the correct X-PUSH-URI is sent and the response of the WSN server.

Funnily enough my phone is not receiving incoming calls, when configured to use Push Notifications, even when Zoiper is running in foreground and the phone is "open".
When I use Zoiper on the same phone not using PN and the Asterisk server is NOT sending PN the phone receives calls without problem.

Has anyone an idea, what I am doing wrong ?

Also, the example dial plan is incorrect. Add a - to the regex
