cant make calls from zoiper

Hi all

i have now tried the free and buy able version of tis zoiper. i can recive the calls and stuff like that, but i am not able to make any calls from the program.

i have tried x-lite and i can dial from that on, so i dint think it is some thing to with my sip line at my provider.

my system is win x10 x64 with a Jabra Pro 9470 wireless headset

some how i can only dail out when skype4B have tone, but i close down S4B, zoiper hang up to. what is wrong here

I can't make calls from zoiper either if I use my native dial pad using the default phone book but i get an *31# in front of every number I try to contack If I key the number in manually I can ring out. Very strange why this happens?
