I want to link zoiper with a table phone (Grandstream).

Question

I have programmed a click-to-call with zoiper on my website (CRM). I want to use that click-to-call to transfert the call on my GrandStream table phone. Is it possible to do that and what I have to do to link zoiper with my table phone?
