I also have this same issue. There doesn't seem to be any way to show call details on iOS. Tapping on a call history entry just dials the number. The only option when swiping to the left is to delete the call history entry. Tapping on the 'I'/Info button only gives the option to add/open the contact in the ZoIPer or iOS address book.
