Hi. I have recently downloaded the free version of ZoiPer. First of all, I would be grateful if you could suggest which version I should purchase in order to be able to forward phone numbers from various platforms (e.g. an Excel or Word file, the internet) for calls through ZoiPer with a mere click or doubleclick - that is, without needing to copy and paste. Furthermore, I would like to find out about what a license means. Does it suggest one user-desktop or is one license sufficient for the whole company? Finally, if only I upgraded ZoiPer, would I be able to transfer a call to a colleague of mine, who has the free version, but also works within the same call centre? Thank you for your time.
