PLEASE HELP - ZOIPER interrups calls after 33 to 35 seconds

Hi There,

I have installed zoiper (it is linked with www.globalnumbers.de / https://phone.systems) on my PC (windows 10)  but every call is interrupted after 33 to 35 seconds. Could you please give me an advice on how to solve this problem? It's really urgent since I need it for business.

Hello,

If your account supports it, try to use TCP. Also make sure that the 5060 port is no blocked in any way from the firewall or the router. In case you also have SIP-ALG setting enabled in your network, disable it.
