Hi There,

 I have installed zoiper (it is linked with www.globalnumbers.de / https://phone.systems) on my PC (windows 10)  but every call is interrupted after 33 to 35 seconds. Could you please give me an advice on how to solve this problem? It's really urgent since I need it for business. Please consider that I'm not an IT specialist :-)

This explains the issue a bit although it is for the wrong operating system, the recommendations are the same:

thanks a lot..I will try this weekend but as far as I could read, these recommandations are for an android app and the settings for PC are pretty different....but again, thanks for your help!!

the settings are identical, they are also in the account settings. (but you might need to look for them a bit, i don't have the other screenshots readily available.
