There is an overall quality rating and it will say something like 4.49/5.0 or 5.0/5.0. However when I look at the detailed stats in both cases there was no lost packets and 0 last jitter. Would the difference between a rating of 4.49 and 5 be caused by average bit rate? or jitter during the call?
