Both Caller ID and Username are displayed at the receiving end

Hi,

I use ZoIPer on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

Username = my direct phone number

Caller ID = general office phone number

When I make a call, both Caller ID and Username are displayed at the receiving end.

How can I prevent the Username from being displayed?

I only want the Caller ID to be visible for my clients.

Hello,

What will be displayed on the other end on an incoming call depends from the settings on the server. For more details on that matter, you would have to contact your VoIP provider.
