Zoiper works fine on my windows 10 when i make a call but won't receive any incoming calls even in the foreground.

Hi there,

Is there any known issues with windows 10 compatibility or I just do something wrong? Zoiper works fine when I want to make a call but if one  tries to call my sip number, from  landline or cell phone it never works and he gets an message that the line doesn't work because of a temporary problem. I have tried both automatic and manual configuration. Nothing works.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Microsoft does not allow applications to run in background on Windows Phone. The only way to make incoming calls work while Zoiper is running in the background is to configure both the server and the client to use PUSH notifications.

If you can not use PUSH notifications you will need to follow these steps:

Run Zoiper → go to Settings → select Lockscreen settings → enable "Run under lock screen". You will need to keep Zoiper open in order to receive incoming calls.
