How to develop a CRM system through zoiper.idl?

I want to use the zoiper.idl to develop a CRM system,but without ScriptEvent.hpp ,I can not midl the zoiper.idl.
 
Can anyone tell me where to download the ScriptEvent.hpp or how to midl the zoiper.idl ,thank you very much.
