Where do I go to limit calls to 1 at the time on Zoiper 3?

I need to prevent calls to second line if first line busy in a call center setting.

This functionality is available in Zoiper 3 Biz only. It is called "Auto reject calls if status is set to" and can be adjusted from the Automation section in the Preferences menu.
