filters in the phone number

Question

i setup a sip account and integrated zoip into the Android dialer.

is it possible to define rules in order to use gsm or one of my sip account depending of the beginning of the number.

ex:

00972 -> GSM directly without asking (local calls in my country)

0033 6 -> sip account (mobile abroad)

0033 x -> GSM (my provider allow free calls in this case)
