It's clear from other postings that provider must either support SIP Simple or XMPP for SMS to work.
Problem is I simply can't find one provider. The small number of providers which provide SMS service use some weird HTTP proxy's or other gateways and API's.
Some pointers to North American providers would really be appreciated.
