Hi, on the page at the bottom there is a line: * Maximum allowed resets per license - 3.

This suggests that transfer the license from one computer to another, more than 3 times I can not? When I reinstall Windows - I'm doing the same reset to activate the license. When buying a license for the product - that I buy: perpetual use on a single computer or a product that is the 4th time can not be set? Please explain in detail.

Hello,

The license is per PC, a new license should not be needed if you for example reinstall windows.
Hardware changes can lead to the license requiring reactivation though, that is what the license resets are for.

If you require more than 3 license resets for a genuine reason, contact the sales team and they can reset the license counter.
