You can easily solve it with Number Rewriting (can be found at your SIP account Optional settings)

That is bad answer.

The task is to replace some digits.

I have the same problem, I need to replace "+7" with "98", using strip option I enter "+7" and it strips "+" and all "7" in number, that is not solution.

Did you ever get this working? I have the same issue. And agreed, this is a very bad answer.

The "strip dial characters" option is only to strip symbols which are not accepted by the servers - dashes, slashes, brackets, spaces and etc.

This feature is not replacement for dial planning.

Zoiper currently does not have dial plan functionality.
