Hello, we use Zoiper as our VoIP phone when our colaborators work at home. When they are using it inside our offices it works perfect, even after every restart and all. But, as soon as they get home, and start the VPN (Cisco VPN), the account seems to be deleted, and the info has to be input again. It only happens when they go home. So, we don't know what is it happening.
