How do you set up Zoiper on a Windows 8.1 Phone for RingPlus/FluidCall

Question

I have downloaded Zoiper to my windows 8.1 phone and am having difficulty deciding how to enter the "Credentials" provided by RingPlus.to utilize FluidCall for Wifi Calling.  Can anyone help?

How do you structure the "Domain" input?  It differs from the format provided by RingPlus?

What is the Port ID that should be used as part of the Domain iinput?

Do you have to adjust any of the Advanced or Network settings?

Run Zoiper and choose "Create" -> "I already have an account" -> "Manual" -> "SIP/IAX" and then fill the settings for the Account name, Domain, Username, Password, etc.
