Hello guys,

Today I have noticed one-way audio issue (the called party can't hear me) with the Zoiper Android dialer on my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime device.

It was registered to my Mizu softswitch (https://www.mizu-voip.com/Software/VoIPServer.aspx ) and I have performed an outbound call to my mobile number.

Please note that I have made the same test call with 2 other android dialers (Bria and Mizudroid) and in that cases there was correct 2-way audio.


Do you have any ideas what could occur it? What should I check/change on my settings?

Hy I have the same problems on Samsung Xcover3

Most Time the other side of the call can't hear me.

I am trying to use Zoiper in my company envoirement over a Ruckus Wifi, weith Unify Sever.

With other Softphones like Media5 the problem is not present.
