603 Decline error

Hi community,

I am receiving calls on Zoiper no problem, but when I try to initiate a call with Zoiper I get immediately a "603 Decline" error.

What do I have to do?

Error 603 is returned from the server when the call is rejected or cancelled. Contact your VoIP provider for mode details.
