How to export caller ID on inbound call?

Question

Is it possible to export caller ID info as a call comes in (to Zopier Business on Windows)?

Would like to take the caller ID phone number and send it to

for spam look up. I already have a program that will take the number off the Windows clipboard and send it via the default browser to a correctly formatted URL. So really only need the inbound phone number to load to the clipboard. Ideas? Code?
