Low ringtone volume

I'm running IOS 9.3.2 on my iPhone6 with Zoiper Premium 1.13.2

My question is about the ringtone volume.

No matter what ringtone I choose the volume of the ringtone is very low. I have set the default ringtone value of the iPhone to the max but it doesn't seem te have any effect.

Turn off "force background" option

Try to disable the auto gain control from the Audio section in Zoiper's Settings menu.

Hi Ivan, it didn't work :( same problem persists. Only turning off the "force background" option resolves the issue however in that case the incoming calls don't come through :(
