Zoiper freezes when processing the first call after start

Windows 10:

Zoiper freezes when processing the first call after program start. Zoiper Seconds counter displays stalled count of some seconds. Behavior occurred not instantly after installation of Zoiper, but since two or three month now.

After interrupting and restarting Zoiper works without this flaw.

Internet provider is 1&1.
