I can make a call and hear the party being called but they cannot hear me. Any ideas?

I can make a call and it rings the other party.  They answer and I can hear them.  They cannot hear me at all.  Is there a setting I am missing?

Try to download the other app with the version 1.13.2

Check the RTP port forwarding settings on your router, be sure they match up with what you should be using from your provider and Zoiper.
