Hi there. I use zoiper to make business phone calls to my customers and the customers cant hear my voice since I updated the application on my iPhone last night. This is causing a huge problem for me. Please can you tell me what to do.

This reads like a NAT issue. Are you behind a router (or two) ?

Google "nat forward sip"

If this didn't happen before you can go back a version until you've worked out the issues with the new version on your device.

You may also need to discuss NAT and STUN settings with your provider.

In the Android version you can refer to:

SIP Account -> Network Settings> NAT   

In Ios you can find similar settings.
