App on Ipad Air

Hi

Cannot get the app to work on ipad air (it only rings when the app is open)

I have tried 'force backround' and 'wifi keep alive' but when i call the number the app does nothing.

The number  works fine on my android nexus 7 app!

I have this same problem on an iPad Air.

I have the same problem with the iPad Air.  Incoming calls don't ring when the device is asleep and occasionally even when it is awake.   Is there a fix?
