Is it possible to use Zoiper for Android withou SIP registration only for outgoing calls ?

Question

The advantage is that I would start Zoiper app only when I want to make a call.

And it would not have to run in the background and consume battery and data all the time.

I was not able to find a option which would allow this. When I try to kill Zoiper it starts again even if I do not need the app.

For now the only solution I have find out is to uninstall Zoiper and use CSIPSimple which does have this option. "outgoing calls only"

Is there any other option?

Even If I choose Config -> Exit, Zoiper still runs on the background

In menu Config -> Connectivity is  Stay awake a Run in background

Config -> Advanced  turn off Start with Android.

However in my case Zoiper still runs on background and is getting incoming calls. So this options does not work. (using SIP TCP protocol)
