Trouble receiving notifications when using a Pebble watch.

Question

I am using a Moto X version 1 and when I connect a Pebble smartwatch to the phone it will only display a missed call notification and will not vibrate or alert when a call is incoming. It does work on apple but will only vibrate once to alert that there is a call incoming.
