Ringtone incoming calls doesn't use Speaker as a regular calls iOS... use earspeaker

Hi good day.

I'm really crazy with this matter. 

When Zoiper is running in the background or when I lock the phone, the ringtone use the earpiece (ear speaker), but when I open the APP, use the speaker (as a normal calls use)...

I tried with SIP account and IAX2 account (UTP), move setting in the iphone, etc etc..

Why is this? 

in Android works nice...

I'm using the free version
