Cant connect using dns only from my network

this is a very rare situation


Suddenly I was not able to connect from my home connection to my zoiper account, but only when I use dlinkdns, if I modify the host and put instead the ip address of my pbx, then I can connect


The problem sis that I can connect to other applications using dynamic dns but not to zoiper and just from my home connection, for example if I turn off wifi in my phone to use 4g, I am able to connect to my zoiper account

the dynamic dns is not te problem I can conect from my home wifi to the remote cameras or router, is just the zoiper


I am lost at this point, would some one can give me a suggestion?
