I am on Windows 8.1 and I have Zoiper Community edition. I have just registered on FlowRoute and am unable to connect to it.
FlowRoute has given me SIP credentials in the form:
SIP Registrar / Proxy :
Username & Auth Username:
Now in zoiper I am putting my username in user/user@host in the SIp Account registration dialog box. My password in the password field. And my SIP registration proxy in the Domain/outbound Proxy field.
Zoiper is telling me that it cannot connect to my PBX. What am I doing wrong ? Is there any log files n Zoiper ? Or any such method that I can use to debug my connection.
The port that Zoiper uses in my case 5060 is not showing up as open in the Windows system.
Any help would be appreciated.
