I have registered a SIP account zoiper but when I want to make a call gives me error message

call failed, the carrier does not have the capacity (llamada fallida, el portador no dipone de la capacidad)



I need your help as soon as possible because I work from my home and I can not receive calls

Hello,

I assume you are using Zoiper 3 free for windows on a windows 7, 8 or 10

Please check with your voip provider and enable only the audio codecs they recommend for your account.
