After installing ZoIPer Premium, I can't use it, because it tells me there is no account.

Is this a fixed price per month or a charge per incoming call for example?
Zoiper Team is a software development company, not a VoIP provider.You will need to escalate all questions regarding account credit, call rates, etc. to your VoIP provider.
