what is PBX account?

Question

recently i have downloaded zoiper in my pc but when i did try to call it shows no PBX account so call cant b connected or you are not registered,

guide me to proceed

Hi,

To use ZoiPer you will need:
- a computer or a smartphone;
- an internet connection;
- a VoIP (Voice over IP)/PBX account, which you may acquire from any VoIP provider
