I've searched for 30+ minutes prior to writing this and all answers are related to the mobile Zoiper apps.
My question is how to get the desktop Zoiper softphone to automatically add a prefix dial-code (aka number rewriting as you call it in mobile).
For example, most PBX systems / Asterisk installs will require a "9" prefix to get to an outside line, and I'd like this #9 prepended to any contact number dialed.
