iPhone calls during Zoiper calls and sorting Zoiper Contacts

Question

I would love some help with these two issues, as I can't see where/how to do these:

• If I'm on a Zoiper call, I don't want my iPhone to ring. I would like callers to be shown that I am engaged on another call.
  
• I would like my Zoiper Contacts sorted on First Name on my iPhone

Due to a software limitation, Zoiper is not allowed to interact with the cellular calls.
