Samsung Note 4 freezes when zoiper is installed (not being used or setup)

Question

With a Samsung Note 4 running 6.0.1, after the Samsung phone operating system updated the phone rebooted and froze. I had ten second every 30 seconds that the phone was frozen to uninstall zoiper. After uninstalling the phone works ok. Very sad because zoiper was very good

Any ideas what can be done ?
